The terms governing your use of the Doorstep Loans platform.
Service
Doorstep Loans is a loan facilitation, sourcing and processing service. It is not a lender unless separately stated for a regulated entity.
Service fee
A flat ₹5,000 service fee applies (₹2,000 to start, ₹3,000 to proceed), subject to these terms.
No guarantee
We do not guarantee loan approval, interest rate, sanction or disbursement. The lender makes the final credit decision.
Indicative terms
All rates, EMIs, fees and timelines shown before sanction are indicative and subject to final lender approval.
Customer obligations
You agree to provide accurate information and required consents, and to review lender documentation carefully.
Refunds
Refund eligibility is governed by the applicable service/refund terms communicated at the relevant stage.
Limitation
We are not responsible for lender decisions, lender charges or statutory/transaction charges.
